Premier Business Print supplies products to the Industry, the details you supply to us will be used solely to process your orders. Under no circumstances will any personal information you have supplied to us be made available to another organisation. You may opt out of PREMIER BUSINESS PRINT email at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our bulletin.
Upon ordering any product from Premier Business Print (PBP) these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally valid and binding agreement between yourself and PBP.
The head office of Premier Business Print is located at 1 Arwen Place, East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand. You may access these Terms and Conditions at any time from www.premier.co.nz or request a copy from us via email.
PRODUCTS / SERVICES PURCHASED AND PRICES
Products ordered by you will be described in your invoice. Your total payment due, including taxes, shipping and customs charges, if any, will be as set forth in the invoice. The invoice is payable as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
“Premier Business Print” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
The products ordered by you will be delivered to you at the address provided by you on the check-out, or as provided by you to one of our representatives either by phone, fax or email.
The method of shipping will be nominated at check-out, and will be set forth in the invoice, along with the cost associated there with. Please see below, General Terms and Conditions, Shipping options and expected delivery dates.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our PBP Sales team are available to assist you 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 0800 809 955 or on email via firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like product or pricing information, order status information or other assistance with an order you have already place with PBP you can call or email us during these hours.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you have received an incorrect product due to a PBP shipping or order processing error or you are just not satisfied with your purchase of a product from PBP please call us on 0800 809 955 for a return mail authorisation (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of this product. We will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. This product must be returned to the PBP warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any documentation that was shipped with the product.
NOTE: PBP ask that you use a carrier recommended by PBP keeping the following criteria in mind (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking and (2) either insure your package for safe return to PBP or declare full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking and/or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for the loss or damage to the product during shipped.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
PBP will send you confirmation of your order/ invoice by email (if you have supplied us with your email address) when your order is shipped.
Credit Card – PBP accepts Visa and MasterCard. Credit card billing occurs when your order is shipped. In the event a credit is given to you, the same credit card that you used to make the purchase will be credited.
Bank Deposit – Funds can be deposited into PBP bank accounts however the goods will not be sent until proof of the money in the account has been sited by the PBP accounts team.
